3. Month-to-Month Agreements & Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified in a custom written agreement, our ongoing SEO and AI subscription packages operate on a flexible month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel monthly retainers at any time with a fourteen (14) day written notice prior to their next billing cycle renewal.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely execution of optimizations, clients agree to provide necessary access (e.g., Google Business Profile management permissions, website CMS credentials) and verify the accuracy of their business hours, address, and license data.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary copy, graphics, code, and branding displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Local SERP Ranker LLC. Any customized content, schema markup, or digital assets created specifically for a paid client become the client's property upon full settlement of invoices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Local SERP Ranker LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic fluctuations, suspension by third-party search platforms, or third-party telecommunications outages.
